Peace with My Ex
Please pray for Peace for me and my “ex”. He is a meth user and may be affected mentally. He does not realize the pain he has caused because of his illness. I’m trying to be strong and stay away and stop worrying about him. I have tried for amost 2 years to tell him something is wrong but he’smo in denial. I also know he does not have family or friends to help him and my hands are tied. I’d like prayer for him to get out of this and show his potential in him that i know is there. Thank you for your time.
I wish I could give you better advice and ease your pain. I deal a lot with addictions in my position as Pastor. You see around here the doctors give out pain meds like candy. Meth is a hard one. I can direct you to scripture and thats the best I can do… It is about worry… and you must try to not worry about this man… Sometimes we have to be brought down low before we can be raised up…. so please be of good cheer and give this to God and take away your hands and let God do what God does!!!!!!
Father in Heaven, maker of all things. Father you know our hearts and you know that our heart is heavy for this brother that is strolling down the wrong path… Lord God there is a person that comes to You standing in the gap for this man. Hear her cries Lord God… Bring this man into Your arms. Show him Father the Love You have for him… Father we come though the name of Your Son Yeshua (Jesus) against the spirit of drugs. Lord we ask that Yeshua speak to this spirit and remove him to the abyss… Father we Praise You and Lift You up… we understand that You have already won the battle and will win this one as well… In Your Sons Name we pray……. Amen
Give this to God…. It is His to deal with and don’t worry any longer… remember that there comes a time just as Christ said that if they will not hear the message… you must… dust your sandals off and move…. I hope this helps! May God’s Shalom be with you…….
“This is why I tell you:Don’t worry about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Isn’t life more than food and the body more than clothing? Look at the birds of the sky:They don’t sow or reap or gather into barns, yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren’t you worth more than they? Can any of you add a single cubit to his height by worrying? And why do you worry about clothes? Learn how the wildflowers of the field grow:they don’t labor or spin thread. Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was adorned like one of these! If that’s how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and thrown into the furnace tomorrow, won’t He do much more for you — you of little faith? So don’t worry, saying, ‘What will we eat? ’ or ‘What will we drink? ’ or ‘What will we wear? ’ For the idolaters eagerly seek all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be provided for you. Therefore don’t worry about tomorrow, because tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
